[ Declaration of Human Hearts ] I

For the four days of PSI Adrien Sina
will invite participants to write on specially prepared papers
their own innovative rights, emotional rights, all the emergency
rights that the too-abstract grid of human rights keeps in an
inaccessible area never reached by any political system, even
in western countries.
Transforming the abstract columns into
a heart, the old rights are erased giving a blankspace to be
filled with new proposals...
The proposals must be returned in the
glass box placed at the People's Palace. They will be all presented
on a website. We will then imagine a publication with the best
proposals, as a new step for the Matrix of a Planetary Ethics
and the Planetary Parliament of Peoples and Minorities projects...
